Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a three-vehicle collision on Beatty Line North, Fergus.
On March 15, at approximately 3:45 p.m., the Wellington County OPP, alongside local emergency services, responded to a report of a three-vehicle collision on Beatty Line North within Fergus.
Beatty Line was closed from Collie Court to Side Road 18 for the investigation but has since been reopened.
One driver was taken to local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
As a result of the investigation, a 35-year-old of Brampton is charged under the Highway Traffic Act with:
- careless driving
