PUSLINCH — On Sept. 1, 2024, at approximately 12:30 a.m. officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Wellington County Detachment were dispatched to a single motor vehicle collision on Brock Road South, Puslinch.
As a result of the investigation, Vasco A. Moniz, 27-years-old of Cambridge, was charged with:
- Operation while Impaired - Alcohol and Drugs contrary to the Criminal Code
- Operation While Impaired - blood alcohol concentration 80 plus contrary to the Criminal Code
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice - Guelph, at a later date.
