30-year-old Centre Wellington resident faces sexual assault charges: OPP

TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON — Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police Major Crime Unit (OPP) has laid charges in a sexual assault investigation. The incident occurred between September 2023, and June 2024, at a home in Centre Wellington.

A 30-year-old male from Centre Wellington, has been charged with three counts of Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 years of age, two counts of Sexual Interference and Invitation to Sexual Touching Under 16 Years of Age, contrary to the Criminal Code. The accused was held for bail.
