ERIN - On Oct. 18 at approximately 11:15 p.m. Wellington County OPP attended a collision involving a single motor vehicle into the ditch on Ninth Line, Erin.
As a result of the investigation a 32-year-old of Brampton, was charged with:
- Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs contrary to the Criminal Code
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus) contrary to the Criminal Code
No injuries were reported as a result of the collision.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice - Guelph, on Oct. 29.
