On July 30, 2023, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a reported fraud at a retail business in Arthur.
It was reported that an individual made a purchase using a counterfeit $100 bill and then returned and attempted a second purchase with another fake bill. The individual was described as white, male, 20 to 30 years old, wearing a black graphic hoodie and white/red ball cap.
Wellington County OPP would like to identify the individual captured in surveillance.
