The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charges Brantford resident with two criminal charges stemming from an intimate partner violence investigation.
On January 4, 2025, at approximately 12:00 p.m., members of the Wellington County OPP were dispatched to a report of a disturbance at an address within the Town of Erin.
As a result of the investigation, a 40-year-old of Brantford, has been charged under the Criminal Code with the following:
- Uttering Threats - Damage Property
- Harassing Communications
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
The OPP will not release names to protect the identity of the victims.
