On January 11, 2025, at approximately 6:00 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a motor vehicle collision along Bruce Road 4 near Ontario Road, Municipality of Brockton.
On arrival, officers located a two vehicle collision. The investigating officer detected signs of impairment from one of the involved drivers. The driver was placed under arrest and transported for further testing.
[A 27-year-old from Mount Forest] was charged with:
- Impaired operation
The accused is set to appear in the Walkerton Court of Justice on February 12, 2025.
