WELLINGTON COUNTY – Police are shutting down multiple major roads and highways in north Wellington County.
OPP West Region said in a post on X Highway 6 is closed from Arthur to Mount Forest due to poor weather conditions and visibility.
Wellington Road 14 and Wellington Road 16 are also fully closed between Highway 89 and Wellington Road 109.
Police advise motorists use alternate routes.
Earlier on Tuesday, OPP closed a stretch of Highway 6 outside of Mount Forest due to a collision between a vehicle and a horse drawn buggy.
The driver of the buggy was reported to have serious injuries.
