On Dec. 30, Wellington County OPP entered into an intimate partner violence investigation in Fergus. As a result of the investigation, a 33-year-old male from Fergus, has been charged under the Criminal Code with the following:
- Assault
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice - Guelph, at a later date.
