The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently investigating a mischief incident that occurred overnight on Sep. 10, 2024, to Sept. 11, 2024. Police were made aware of offensive graffiti that was located on a local business in the Town of Erin. At this time investigators cannot speculate on a motive.

Anyone living in the area of Wellington Road 124 and Trafalgar Road, Erin, that may have video surveillance cameras are being asked to check their surveillance footage between 9 p.m., on Sept. 10 to 7 a.m., on Sept. 11, 2024, and to contact investigators if they locate anything suspicious.

Police are asking anyone in the area that may have any information to please contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
