Elliott Tree Farm’s Maple Experience

Elliott Tree Farm at 9467 East Garafraxa Erin Townline, Hillsburgh; 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Entry to the Maple Syrup Museum of Ontario, all you can eat pancakes and a walk to the sugar shack to see syrup being made firsthand. Reservations must be made online.

Tracy Lee, a fifth-generation Black Canadian with ancestral roots to the Queen’s Bush settlement, will share and celebrate her ancestors’ stories of coming to Canada through the Underground Railroad.
