The Town of Erin is hosting a quarterly Wastewater Open House to update residents on construction of the Town’s wastewater system.
Residents will hear about the latest progress on the Erin Water Resource Recovery Facility, the pumping station, linear works and more.
Brian Kavanagh, Erin’s Director of Infrastructure Services and Town Engineer, will be presenting information about plans to establish a Sanitary Sewer Connection By-Law, as well as advocacy for provincial funding to help subsidize hook-up costs.
“I look forward to sharing our plans for 2025 as we develop technical and financial wastewater connection plans that will support residents in their decision-making,” said Kavanagh.
The session is slated for Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Town Hall, 5684 Trafalgar Rd.
