Update: 11:42 a.m. Tuesday
Wellington County OPP report that at 9:50 a.m they responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Sideroad 3 West and Highway 6, just south of the Town of Mount Forest.
The collision involves a motor vehicle vs horse drawn buggy.
The driver of the buggy is reported to have sustained serious injuries but remains in stable condition.
Emergency crews are expected to still be on scene for the next few hours and police are asking for the public to stay clear of the area.

MOUNT FOREST — A collision has closed a section of Highway 6 near Mount Forest.
According to the 511 app, Highway 6 is currently closed between Bentley Street in Mount Forest and Wellington Sideroad 4 in Riverstown, a section immediately south of Mount Forest.
All lanes are closed as of 10:40 a.m.
Social media posts say several vehicles were involved.
