ELORA – Those looking for their usual double double Tim Hortons coffee and sour cream glazed doughnut are going to have to go somewhere other than Elora at this time.
The Elora Tim Hortons is closed both for in-store and drive-thru service for renovations.
The Wellington Road 7 store was fenced off with crews seen working inside and in the drive-thru when visited by EloraFergusToday.
Peter Moorhead, owner and operator of the Elora Tim Hortons and others in the area, said in a message on LinkedIn reopening is estimated to happen Nov. 1 but this is subject to change.
He said he is looking forward to showing customers the updated look of the restaurant and keen to have staff in a more efficient restaurant.
He added they are also in the planning stages of renovating one of the Fergus Tim Hortons locations as well.
