It’s that time of year again!

Nominations are open for the Awards of Excellence! This Awards of Excellence celebrates achievements for 2023. With a wide range of categories there’s one for every type of achievement. Celebrate local businesses big and small by nominating them! Or yourself! Check out the categories online, nominations close February 28th.

Tips & Tricks for Awards of Excellence

  • Nominate a business who makes a difference in the way you enjoy living in Centre Wellington.
     
  • One nomination is enough to get your business into the adjudication process.
     
  • Nominee Supplementary information is key. We want you to share all the ways your business is deserving of the award. The adjudication team may not know your business, thus the more complete, compelling, and creative your package the more likely you are to be a successful candidate.
     
  • Share your moments with us! Tag the CW Chamber on social media to share your business highlights of 2023! Did you open a new location? Graduate a new program? Expand your team? Share your Celebrations with Us!

Join us May 28th at the GrandWay to Celebrate Local Business Excellence with us!

We are also looking for businesses who hit milestones this past year. If your business started in 1983, 1998, 2013 or 2023; we want to hear from you. Email [email protected] so that we can add your business to our list of Long Service honorees.

Connecting with the business community at an upcoming event is also a great way to show some love!

  • Feb 15th at Noon - Biz Bites - Build connections with fellow Chamber members in a small group setting while enjoying lunch at one of our delightful local restaurants.
     
  • CWCC Biz Breakfast Feb 28th at 8am – Economic Development: Community Improvement Plan. The Township of Centre Wellington economic development team will share insights on how to access these funds, and how they can help to support your business.
     
  • March 6th at 10:30am - CWCC Speed Networking – This event has been called the most valuable use of an hour. Meet with a variety of local business professionals in a fast-paced and structured environment.
