Traffic stop leads to impaired charge in Puslinch

PUSLINCH — On Dec. 22, 2024, at approximately 10 p.m. an officer from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Wellington County Detachment initiated a traffic stop on Victoria Road South, Puslinch.

As a result of the investigation, a 43 years-old Kitchener resident was charged with:

  • Operation While Impaired - alcohol and drugs contrary to the Criminal Code

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice - Guelph, on Jan. 1, 2025.
