Palmerston Fair: Sow It, Grow It, Show It

Palmerston & District Community Centre Complex at 520 Cavan St., Palmerston; 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Palmerston's fair weekend with a tailgate garage sale, baby show, auction, activities and more. Admission is free.

Wellington North Farmers' Market

Victory Community Centre at 320 King St. E., Mount Forest; 8:30 a.m. to noon

Minto Farmers' Market

Palmerston Railway Heritage Museum at 164 William St., Palmerston; 9 a.m. to noon

Elora Farmers' Market

Bissell Park at 127 E Mill St., Elora; 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Alma Optimist Club Car Show 

Alma Community Centre at 51 Simpson St. E., Alma; 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
This is the 14th annual Alma Optimist Club Car Show. It will be held rain or shine. Enjoy checking out cool cars.

Bikes & Blues Festival

Wellington County Museum and Archives at 0536 Wellington Rd. 18, Fergus; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This is the second annual Bikes and Blues Festival. It will go on rain or shine. There will be guided bike tours, blues music and more activities. Tickets are available online for people 16 and older. Those under 16 can attend for free if accompanied by a parent.

The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe

Fergus Grand Theatre at 244 St. Andrew St. W.; 2 to 3:30 p.m.
This two act play is suitable for all ages. Lucy, Peter, Edmund and Susan discover the magical land of Narnia on the other side of a wardrobe. Tickets are available online.

Faerie Market

Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex at 550 Belsyde Ave., Fergus; 3 to 8 p.m.
This free outdoor event has over 50 faerie and witchy vendors. There will be mystical readers, crystals, jewelry, face painting, glitter tattoos, bubbles, flower crowns, a photo booth and more. Attendees are encouraged to dress up.

Drayton Campin' and Jammin' in the Park

Drayton Fairgrounds at 49 Elm St.; 5 p.m.
A roast beef dinner at 5 p.m. and an open mic at 8 p.m.

Aberfoyle Antique Market

57 Brock Rd. S., Aberfoyle; 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Canada's largest outdoor antique market. 

Palmerston Fair: Sow It, Grow It, Show It

Palmerston's fair weekend with a church service, dog agility show and a roast beef dinner. Admission is free.

Drayton Campin' and Jammin' in the Park

Drayton Fairgrounds at 49 Elm St.; 10 a.m.
There will be a gospel sing-a-long and a potluck lunch.

Drop-In Roller Skating 

Puslinch Optimist Recreation Centre at 23 Brock Rd. S.; 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
A free drop-in roller skating program for people of all ages and skill levels. Helmets must be worn by people 15 and under. This event is weather dependent.

Outdoor Summer Concert Series

Elora Centre for the Arts' Pavilion Stage at 75 Melville St.; 5 p.m.
A free outdoor emerging artists concert. The event is rain or shine unless there is lighting or pouring rain. Bring blankets and chairs to grab a spot.
