WELLINGTON COUNTY – A series of commercial motor vehicle inspections by local OPP saw numerous vehicles taken off the road this week.
On Wednesday, Wellington OPP said on X it had performed a commercial motor vehicle inspection targeting tow trucks in Centre Wellington. Of 13 trucks inspected, four were taken out of service.

On Clair Road in Guelph on Monday, Wellington OPP with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation conducted a similar blitz which saw eight of 26 trucks inspected taken off the road.
