WELLINGTON NORTH — "Deteriorating weather conditions" have prompted the closure of two municipal offices in north Wellington county.
According to a weather alert on the township of Wellington North website, municipal offices are closed and staff are working virtually due to area weather. Any inquiries should be directed to [email protected] or residents can leave a message at 519-848-3620.
A new post on the town of Minto's Facebook page also announced the administrative office is set to close by noon today "due to deteriorating weather conditions."
Staff are working remotely and are available via email or phone, said the notice.
