I pride myself on honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity in all aspects of my life, especially with my clients. I will work hard to ensure that you are informed and empowered to make the best possible decisions for your needs, supporting and guiding you every step of the way. I draw on my knowledge gained from a lifetime of living in Guelph, as well as all the other tools and technology at my disposal.
When I was initially contemplating a career in real estate, I’ll admit that I had reservations about being a “salesperson”. In my mind, that word elicited a certain image that I was unsure I could, or wanted to align with. Obviously, that wasn’t enough to discourage me, so what changed? My perspective. I began to see the unique role I play in the process of buying and selling properties.
While attending teacher’s college, one phrase stuck with me, “you are in the relationship business.” I needed to build real rapport and connections with my students to be able to best serve them as an educator. Education is never one size fits all, and I realized that this same principle applies to real estate. I am here to build meaningful relationships with my clients so that I can help them. That connection helps me to both truly understand their goals and work together towards realizing them.
When working with clients, I like to make it an enjoyable experience as much as possible. While buying and selling can be a stressful process, it can also be super exciting! I would love to hear from you and I look forward to building our relationship so that I can help you to transform your goals into reality.
