I grew up in St. Catharines on 8 acres: think Ferris Bueller if I’m not dating myself too much. My dad and grandfather were Realtors, so the conversation around our kitchen table was about real estate, and still is. 23 years ago I moved to Guelph to go to UofG for an English degree. I didn’t know it then, but Guelph already had its hold on me. I bought my first house in 2000, which I turned into a rental a few years later. I got a journalism degree, worked in landscape, and with a large marketing firm in Toronto.
Real estate had always been in the back of mind. You could say it was in my blood and I wasn’t happy with the work I was doing. So, 11 years ago I joined Royal LePage Royal City Realty and I haven’t looked back. My business is based on good communication and providing excellent service. I guide my client’s in an open and honest way, so they can comfortably make the best decisions. In this market, an intelligent strategy matters. Interview me.

What business/career achievement makes you proud?
I was President of our Real Estate Association. It was a great experience, took me out of my comfort zone, and I met a lot of amazing people.
