Hello, my name is Greg Wand and I am currently working with Coldwell Banker Neumann as a Sales Representative. Before working with Coldwell Banker I graduated from the University of Guelphs Real Estate and Housing program and I am now a guest speaker. During my third year I obtained my Real Estate license with another brokerage in Guelph. In my fourth year of University I wanted to pursue a career in Commercial Real Estate so I joined Cushman & Wakefield Waterloo Region. As time went on my passion for residential Real Estate brought me back in the game. I am ambitious, professional and highly motivated to succeed.
