Eighteen years as a Realtor has taught me that every property is as individual as the buyers and sellers that I work with, and successfully matching people with property can only be achieved by understanding those that are making the important decisions and interpreting their needs. In spite of today's technology, it has always been a very personal process and always will be.
Real estate can be a complex matter. Paying attention to the details of every real estate transaction and listening to every client comment and concern is a big part of my work. More often than not, its what makes the difference between a positive or negative real estate experience. My clients benefit from my knowledge and unhurried guidance, and I enjoy getting to know each and every individual I work with this is where experience is ultimately gained.
I was born and raised in England and that is where my love of architecture began. I carried that interest to Guelph, where I have built a reputation for my knowledge of Century homes, those at the very heart of our City.
I studied Business and Interior Design at the Post-Secondary level. In the early 1990s I was Marketing Manager for Guelph 2000, a leading edge Ministry of Environment project aimed at educating the public in the importance of energy efficient homes and workplaces. I use this expertise, to help buyers see the potential a home has to offer and guide them on how to maximize that potential.
I have worked with so many wonderful people over the years. It really is very satisfying knowing that they are happy in their surroundings, successful in their investments, and that I was a big part of making that happen!
