We are hiring Personal/Home Support Workers in Fergus/Elora (Centre Wellington) area to join our team!
Candidates must be available for a variety of visit times, including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or nights and some holidays.

Duties:
Mobilization activities (turning, transferring, exercising and walking)
Toileting and personal care (bathing, dressing)
Light housekeeping duties
Feeding and meal preparations
Specialty care (i.e. Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Chronic Conditions)
Companionship, outings
Qualifications:
PSW training certificate, IE nurses, HSW, PCA, HCA, etc.
Police Vulnerable Sector Screen Check (VSSC)
2 step TB
Current certificate in standard first-aid and CPR (HCP or BLS level)
2 professional references
Ability to work independently and make decisions with the support of your team
Must be physically and mentally fit to handle the demands of caregiving
Must be passionate, patient, caring and committed
Ability to travel to clients homes, must have driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
